Gone fishing (and drinking)

I start a vacation on SEP 11th. The first half of the vacation is going to be spent with my wife. We rent an Airbnb every September. We day drink, fish, hot tub it, ect.....

Then the second half of the vacation is going to be spent on another laker with a group of friends. We will be fishing and playing poker for three days!

The second fishing trip will be fun. We should catch a ton of large bass and northern pike!

Not a fish expert but there are many species so it’s likely the ones where you are differ from where I am. Round here it’s like this below and they sell it at my local fishmongers. It’s very fleshy with firm tasty meat.
