Goose for Christmas!

Right so doing a Goose this year! Cooking it no real issue but...does anyone have any ideas for flavourings ie to baste it with and I'm also looking for a stuffing idea that will go well with it.

I've cooked goose for several Christmases - although it's too expensive for every year. I always go with Delia Smith's recipe - it never fails, and the stuffing and prune side dish are both wonderful. The prunes works just as well with ordinary brandy, and it goes well with cold meats as well.

What time's dinner? I'm booking a flight!
