Grilled cheese - how do you make it?

I make my grilled cheese one of two ways. The first way is to put everything together and cook it on both sides using a pan and stove. The second way I make a grilled cheese sandwich is through the microwave. I'll make the whole sandwich, put it on a plate, and nuke it for anywhere between 15-20 seconds. As for something I like to serve with it, there's nothing in particular. However, I do generally make sure to at least serve two when I make them.
