You grilled?? Mine never gets hot enough to cook meat safely in this weather, though I have roasted peppers for use in a chili before. If you did, please share what the finished product looks like!

Okay there was no problem getting the grill to temp in the cold took approximately 90 minutes mostly indirect Heat Juicy and Delicious
