Sorry we ate it two weeks ago, Marina cooks some thick cut slice of potato slowly in Evo till nearly cooked. She the places them in a pan as a bed for the fish. turns on the heat and adds white wine. bring it to a boil to get rid of the alcohol. reduce heat to a simmer and adds the fish. The fish must be above the liquid so it steams. Take the fish and potatoes out and arrange on a platter. Beurre Monte the liquid and pour over fish and pots.Gosh, now I’m craving for it... wait for me and I’ll arrive in Croazia in a few hours! I’ll bring the wine!
