Recipe Hake fish fillets in the oven

A really easy recipe and a different way to eat fish.

- Hake fish fillets
- Potatoes
- Olive oil
- 1 garlic head, chopped
- Lemon of 1 juice
- Fresh parsley or cilantro

1. Season the fillets with salt and lemon of 1 juice.
2. Parboil the potatoes with the skins. Remove the water and ligthly punch the potatoes.
3. Pre heat oven to 180ºC. Add olive oil to an oven tray. Add the fish fillets and the potatoes, add the chopped garlic and more olive oil. Get the tray in the oven for 45 minutes. Garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley

A variation of this recipe is frying the garlic in the olive oil, and adding on top of the fish and potatoes once they are out of the oven.
