Has anyone melted Cashew nut butter

Has anyone melted cashew butter, so it's texture is more like that of tahina?
I stir it in with my porridge, but it doesn't melt. I tried putting it in the microwave and smelt burning, but there was no melting.
How can I remove it's vestiges of viscosity?

As above. No melting. The best you can hope for is to thin it down with a tasteless oil, or go all out and use almond oil and accept the mixture.

I tend to puree my own cashew nuts, mixing with water or plant milk, which makes adding them to things like porridge much easier, and creamier.
