It comes in 3 sizes - 7-qt, 11-qt and 16-qt capacities.

What is so unique about it is that, according to the manufacturer, is that it will NEVER burn things that are cooking in it! At the bottom of the pot, there is a thick & durable hermetically-sealed chamber that is filled with a special diathermic oil that heats up the pot, but keeps anything that is cooked in it from ever burning! Even with the burner on the stove set to the highest heat!!

It has been said that you can do delicate sauces, marinara or spaghetti sauce, gravies, stews, soups, stocks and other things in it without ever burning them!

I would like to get the smallest one. :wink:
 
Wow! I need to get myself a set of these for all my catastrophe cookings! I seriously do need to upgrade my cooking/baking pans.
 
I tend to be wary of things that make big claims. Probably because I have bought so, many things that just don't work. So I'll let you lot buy them instead. :D
 
So am I, but I'm sure that this pot will work.

Everything has a return policy that let's you return it if you're not satisfied with it. :wink:
