The trophies and points are just a bit of light hearted fun, nothing more but you may have noticed an excess of them being awarded to you. If you haven't, don't worry but if you have, I've made a number of changes to the alerts and trophies, and system very kindly goes through each and every single one and promptly re-applies all to your account. The result is a mess, and a mass of trophy points and alerts.

Please don't worry about it. Again, it is just a touch of light hearted fun, nothing more and once the system had sorted itself out again, it will return to normal. In the meantime, just enjoy the extra points.
