and Europe. Big on regional cooking and cuisine from all over. Big on good cooking, good ingredients, good food, cooking from scratch, clean eating, and enthusiastic inventive cooks!

Can be challenging getting hold of ingredients that aren't bog standard but we order online where possible, bring good stuff back with us from trips, and have friends and fam who send wonderful cooks' care packages
