Hello from Spain

Hello and thanks. I studied international cooking, but I'm specialized mostly in spanish cuisine, barbecues, smokers and iberian pork charcuterie.
That's great. Spanish food is some of the best - after all, that's where El Bulli was! We have a few members here who make charcuterie so I'm sure they will be interested in your recipes/experience.

My cooking experience is humble, but I love learning.
I live in Croatia. Just today I mentioned the wonderful paella I had in Barcelona many years ago, and I remember Madrid to be an impressively beautiful city!
