Hi there - just getting started on the forum here and looking forward to having a good old browse!
I've been cooking ever since I was a kid, and while my main focus these days is getting meals on the table for a busy, hungry family, and trying to keep our food budget and our waistlines under control, I enjoy a bit of experimentation in the kitchen every now and again, and when I can spare the time, a nice baking session.
