Hi there,

I'm a big fan of food, though it would help if I were a bit better cook ; ).

I'm from the UK but live in Asia and have previously lived in the US. So I like to think that I've experienced quite a few interesting foods in my time! Hopefully the forum will open my eyes up to more dishes, and various interpretations of some familiar old names.
