Hi everyone. I'm an amateur cook who has been cooking for about five years, Before that it was strictly ready meals and take aways. A stint of travelling in Europe got me interested in real food. Cheap cafes, great food! Lately I'm trying to learn from classic cooks like Elizabeth David. But I'm very much a learner still.

You don't need to add another ingredient - or rather, you can add anything you like. Just post a recipe using sprouts!
