What types of food do you ferment?I have mostly done salsa and hot sauces. I tried radishes and carrots too. I want to try sausage. I bought a meat grinder recently. I love Italian and American cuisines. I'm working on a fermented tomato sauce.Welcome! We are into charcuterie, but have yet to make any kind of fermented sausage. What are your favorite cuisines?

My wife and I are very adventurous eaters and love trying new cuisines. I grew up with Cubans and love their food as well as Mexican and Tex-Mex.I have mostly done salsa and hot sauces.
