Holy Halibut!

A friend was kind enough to give me 3# of halibut from his fishing trip to Alaska! He landed several good sized "soakers". Unfortunately, lingcod were out of season. Halibut is very hard to find here and very,very expensive when you can. We're having some of it for dinner tonight.

Halibut is a wonderful fish.
