You look at your original recipe and cook according to what it says.
You remove what you cooked from the oven and you try it.
If the result meets your criteria for baking time, crispness, flavour, etc. etc. etc. then fine.
If it doesnt, then you try again; you change the heat, the cooking time, the consistency of the pastry, the seasoning, etc.
If you´re STILL not satisfied, then just keep experimenting, because when push comes to shove, the final decision is yours.
No-one on this forum (or any other forum, for that matter) is going to give you the perfect result.
Therefore... experiment, cook, try, taste, and do it all again if the initial result is not to your liking. Keep doing so until YOU are satisfied with the result. Then, give us feedback.
