If you're familiar with poached eggs then this recipe doesn't deviate much from that. Unfortunately, that's all I can really say about it. Alright, let's get into the swing of things with what we'll need for this recipe:

1. 2 egg whites that have been whisked together in a bowl or container.
2. A can of chicken broth
3. a pot

directions:
1. Boil the chicken broth over the stove in a pot.
2. Turn of the heat on the stove and pour in the egg whites while stirring the broth. This step is very important.
3. After the eggs have started to cook, gently pull them apart with a spoon or a chopstick as you do so.
4. serve

Optional: I like to add soy sauce to mine after it's made.
