Homemade fruit juices

Anyone here make their own fruit juices? If so, how do you make it? By hand or machine? Any recipes to share?

I got this strange lemonade recipe from my mother's friend... at some point it stops being a lemonade and becomes a liquid salad. Lemon juice, lime juice, mint, basil, cucumber. And celery.

Well, at least it's healthy. And the water to dilute the stranger combinations means that it doesn't actually taste all that bad.
