Hot Sauces

What do you use? Do you make it? I love hot sauces. I usually have 4-6 open at any given time.

These arrived today. The smoked habanero and peach sauce is fantastic!

I make most of mine but buy some.
Sambal badjak, oelek, brandal, tjabe rawit, toatjo (make and buy)
I buy Sri racha & piri piri sauce (malawian, not nando's). Googled and it's Nali. I haven't been able to find it for a long time

When I was in Texas, I discovered Chipotle Tabasco. OMG. I am not a huge fan of hot sauces, but this one rocked my world. If you are looking for a lot of heat, this is not your sauce, but it's loaded with delicious flavor. I suppose you could probably find another smoky Chipotle sauce with another brand that offers more heat, or you could add extra heat on your own...

This is my usual stock excluding the one from Buc-Ee's on the left. Everytime I go there I pick a new and different sauce from their selection, they've quite a few!
