How do you want your steak to be cooked?

I'm kind of 50-50 on this one. When I was younger I always wanted it well done, now sometimes I have the urge to order it medium. However if I'd have to choose just one of those I'd definitely pick well done.

What about you? How do you order (or cook) your steaks?

Medium rare.

I used to go for medium to well done, but found it's so much more tender if pink.

Have you at least tried the other ones? I was pretty much like you in the beginning but somehow I'm starting to like medium.

I have tried medium well and I liked it, but I prefer well done. I would not try rare though. I just don't like that much pink in my meat. I had a friend who ate their steak rare and it didn't look good to me, but he liked it so I didn't comment.
