As you can probably guess, I make a lot of things, but I don't post all of them. Some are the "support" variety - like sauces - that I don't think about because I'm always making them. I usually just think of whatever the latest Major Project is as "what I made this week". There was a time when I'd make one thing, and then wait until it was all gone before I made something else. Times have changed.
A few months ago, I decided to count how many homemade things I had at that moment. I was stunned: I had at least remnants of 16 different things. I decided to count just now...and I was surprised at how much was there:

- Kimchi
- Preserved Lemon
- Dill Pickles
- Ranch Dressing
- Reuben Sauce
- Pickled Onions
- Serrano Pepper Jelly
- Breaded Broccoli
- Rye Bread
- Basil-Lemon Ice Cream
- Two Lem Brulee Cupcakes - I hid them from the kids, and forgot about them
- Watermelon Salsa - about ready to be thrown out, but still (probably) edible
- Black Olive Pate
- Arugula Pesto - just a spoonful
- Rice Pudding - hilariously, I completely forgot about this one because I never get to eat any of it! I make it 2-3 times a week, and my wife and her parents get to eat all of it.
