This is a dish which is a vinegar stew using a pork hind leg.

The Ingredients:

1 Kilo Pork (hind leg part)
1 cup vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup water
1 tsp garlic (sliced)
4 tsp brown sugar
1 pc of bay leaf
10 pcs of whole black pepper
salt

Directions

1. Cut the pork according to the desired size.
2. Mix vinegar, water, onion and pepper in a casserole and put the meat. Cook until meat is tender.
3. Occasionally stir, add soy sauce and brown sugar.
4. Seasoned it with salt according to your taste and let it fully cooked.
