How to make Macarons?

How do you bake macarons with feet? I have made at least 5 batches of macarons already but they don't seem to grow feet. Do you guys have tips on this matter?

Could be over beating - but I'm no expert in this field. If the mixture is spreading out and turning out flat, it must mean its too liquid.

I've always wanted to make macaroons, but that almond extract is much too strong, and it drowns out the taste of everything else!!

We make macaroons like that in the photo. That hair-like protruding brown part is the grated young coconut. It's a delicious snack although you cannot eat a lot lest you ruin your taste buds. I'm sorry, I don't have the recipe for that. But tomorrow I would be posting about our original cassava cake that will eclipse the taste of that macaroons. Enjoy eating.
