Macaroons can be a delicious snack or dessert.

The Ingredients:

4 cups dessicated coconut
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup condensed milk
1/4 cup margarine
4 pcs eggs (separate egg whites from egg yolks)

Directions:

1. Pre heat oven 350 degrees Farenheit.

2. Beat/mix margarine in a basin until soften and then add milk and coconut.

3. In a mixer, mix egg whites until it becomes condensed. Add the mixed margarine thoroughly.

4. Pour mixed ingredients in a paper cups and put in the oven within 20 minutes. Enjoy!
 
My mother taught me how to do this when I was very young. Macaroons are so simple to make that even a child can do it. They taste so good too.

I never used paper cups back then, I would always place a circule of macaroon mixture onto a piece of rice paper before baking. The good thing about doing that is that the rice paper sticks to the baked macaroon and it is edible. Paper cups with a non-stick surface will probably be more commonly used now.
