I have a tiny splinter in the heel af my foot, so tiny it is hard to see, however I can definitely feel it-really sore. I cannot contort myself to get at it so any suggestions?
How to remove a splinter.

Someone else with a pair of tweezers and a giant magnifying glass.
If the splinter is anywhere near the surface of the skin, put a piece of tape over and lift the tape in the direction that you'd use to pull the splinter out if you could grab it.
I did this just a couple of days ago.

Duck tape
I will never forget the time I was pulling weeds and inadvertently grabbed stinging nettles. Ouch!!! I remembered hearing about not trying to brush them off but to immediately use Duck Tape to pull them out. It worked.
