I have some slow cooked shoulder of lamb left and also part of a turkey thigh joint. Thinking to make like a shepherd's pie with the leftovers do you think it would be nice to mix the lamb ans turkey together?
Alternative is to make a pie and make like a white sauce and add some veggies and the meat and top with shortcrust pastry. Although maybe a creamy sauce doesn't go with red meat? Some other sort of pie filling? Any suggestions are welcome
