My name is Shane, I live in northwest Pennsylvania in the States, near Erie. My hobbies include anime, computers, games, and mostly 90's music. I love to cook and I've been working such fast food places as McDonalds and Subway, and some bar kitchens. I'm looking to expand my horizon on recipes and how to cook so I can satisfy a larger number of people and thus improve my chances at landing a better job eventually.
Particular favorites to cook are anything done on the grill (yay BBQ) to pan-seared meats and stir-frys. My favorite food is Frenchtoast and I can make you a killer serving that will have you asking for more.
I also love to use organic and fresh products to cook as they oftentimes taste so much better then having been frozen for XXX days.
