Ice Box Pie Suggestions

I'm a sucker for an easy ice box pie made from pudding mix and cool-whip. Does anyone have any suggestions for these types of pies that are above and beyond the normal recipes found on the sides of the packaging? I would love some suggestions on how you've taken these recipes a step further and made them your own.

I do have one facet of advise. However, it's something I was planning on doing in the future and don't know how it will turn out. When mixing up the pudding mixture, I was going to add either strawberry slices or chocolate chips into the mix to see if that would add anything to the already tasty pie flavoring. Like I said, don't know if this will work yet, but it might help.
