If you could own a Vintage Stove or Fridge,would you do it?

No doubt, these workable vintage appliances of yesteryear are quite hard to find!

But if you had the chance, & it might seem like a longshot. would you own one or both of them? Some co's are in the business of restoring or making them to look just like the old classics that were available when we all were kids!!

There was white (still available today), Av green, coppertone & yellow. Today, there is stainless steel & platinum.as well as black.

Here's a Kenmore washing machine in coppertone (brown). I once had a Kenmore fridge in this color!!

I would own a vintage stove in a minute!
Miss my Grandmother's 1950s gas stove..center grill, broiler, & all the mod cons..for it's day.
Unfortunately don't have gas & the new electric coil tops available around here are terrible quality.
Kept repairing our old coil top until parts were no longer available
Would not use a glass or induction as they're not hot/fast enough for some of the stuff I do.

I voted yes - because I like retro designs. But in reality I would only contemplate these appliances if I had a huge kitchen. I tend to prefer a sleek minimalist look - and in a large kitchen it would be possible to have both.

Like the color of Pepto Bismal? I checked out some of the prices on those & found out that they are ridiculously expensive! Too steep!!
