Indian Recipes - Books & Website Recommendations

I enjoy trying Indian recipes at home, does anyone have any favourite recipes, cook books or websites to recommend?

I currently use Nisha Madhulika's website. My girlfriend thinks I'm crazy using google translate to change to recipes from Hindi to English, but I think her recipes are fantastic! Some are translated for you on the website and there is youtube videos with English subtitles.

I like to use Jenni Malsingh's Mango Soup recipe book. the paperback which I have is now quite expensive (I purchased it when it was first released and much cheaper) via places like amazon and the BookRepository, but there is a kindle edition of it now (which you can read on any device not just Kindles which is £3 ish... It is an excellent book, though you may need to hunt for some of the ingredients and learn the UK name of some of the dahls and spices... but it is very worth while!
