Indonesian Cinnamon Rub (for Sticky Honey Garlic Ginger Chicken Wings)
1/4 cup cinnamon
2 TB. sugar
2 TB. ground cumin
2 TB. ground allspice
1 TB. ground cloves
1 TB. ground ginger
1 TB. garlic powder
1 TB. salt
Combine ingredients. Makes about 1 cup
