International Sausages

Some of the most well-known Dutch sausages are of course Rookworst (smoked sausage)

And braadworst (similar to German Bratwurst, only here it's made with either pork or beef). Knakworst is similar to hotdogs.
These are often eaten for dinner, though knakworst is usually accompanied by a soft white roll.
Bloedworst (pigs blood sausage) and balkenbrij (pigs blood & porridge sausages) are old fashioned but well known.

Aside from dinner sausages, the Netherlands also has a lot of deli meats. For example Gelderse gekookte worst ( Gelders cooked sausage) is made of spiced pork meat that has been boiled and stuffed into a sausage casing. Leverworst is a sausage typically made of pork liver, similar to German Leberwurst.
Gebraden gehakt (baked meatloaf sausage) is thinly sliced round meatloaf, one of my personal favorites. Not sure if it truly counts as sausage, but it's eaten in a similar way.
I could go on but the list is too long. The Netherlands is similar to Germany in it's diversity of cold cuts and deli meats.
