Now I don't have the Guinness , just a New Zealand black ale, I do have almond milk and I have a soya condensed milk or even a coconut condensed milk which I could make this with... hummmm I am beginning to have an idea!

Oh and is that 12 oz or 12 fl oz? It seems odd to weigh a liquid in ounces and how on earth did we end up with oz as the abbreviation for ounces?
It's down to how the bottle has to be marked.

In some places it the weight of the displaced water. In others, it's the measure of the contents, within the bottle.
