I spent 3 weeks in the UK in 93'. I fell in love with Shepard's pie.

Left overs - turkey carcass and turkey meat scraps = turkey, celery soup. G's after holiday favorite.
Baby Brother has a favorite post holiday sandwich - dark rye bread, home made cranberry sauce, cornbread dressing and slices of drunk pork roast.
