The Jolly Dodger
Ice cubes
12 oz. ginger ale
10 TB gold rum
2 1/2 TB fresh lemon juice
Bitters
Kiwi slices
Fill small pitcher with ice. Add next 3 ingredients. Add 4 dashes of bitters. Stir well. Strain into glasses. Garnish with kiwi slices and serve.
Makes about 1 2/3 cups.
