Sorry about the pun - couldn't resist it! Still, I was pleased to come across this interesting and inventive selection of lasagne recipes. Some of them are very quick to prepare, and lots of them are vegetable based. I particularly like the look of the 5 Veg Lasagne pictured below. It's lovely and colourful, quick to cook, and it provides your 5 a Day all in one meal.
