Do you make your own lemon curd? I know it's not hard to do but I've never done it.

Not hard at all, just time consuming, sorta, but so worth it!
I use Meyer Lemons, we find them less pucker-y tart.
I use this recipe as the filling for Lemon Meringue Pie and Lemon Bars.
