Hello. Hopefully someone can give me some advice 
. I really want to brew mead made from maple (probably maple syrup). Can anyone give me an idea of how I should go about this? Is it made like wine? I have made wine to much success, plenty of times before. So I am just wondering if I can make it the same way? Will the syrup break down on its own, or do I need to add something to cause that? Do you have a recipe for mead? Have you ever tried it?
