Got a party for children coming up? Or just feeling down in a funk? This will definitely cheer you up and give you a mellow sugar high!
Ingredients for a party with at least 5 people:
397 ml of condensed milk (1 regular size can)
400 g milk chocolate (or even sweeter, half white half milk)
100 g of marshmallows of your choice, cut into dice shapes
30 g salted butter
A slow cooker
A 25 cm wide baking tin
1) Break half the chocolate in pieces, put in the bottom of the slow cooker with the pat of butter and half of the condensed milk.
2) Put the other half of the broken chocolate on, and the other half of the tin of condensed milk.
3) Put the slowcooker on low, and cook for 45 minutes, stirring thoroughly every 15 minutes.
4) Line tin with baking paper, and put the marshmallows on the baking paper.
5) After 45 minutes, pour melted mass onto the marshmallows, and spread evenly with a spoon.
6) Let cool completely, then refrigerate for a night in the covered tin.
7) Turn over fudge, remove baking paper, and cut into cubes.
8) This will keep for at least two weeks when covered in the refrigerator.
