Memorial Day (US)/Spring Bank Holiday (UK)

I stuck my head in there and gave it a big whiff.

Bonus - I don’t have to trim my eyebrows this week.

I had a 1990 Ford Explorer. A mouse got into some unknown cavity in the SUV and died. I couldn't find it. It took a couple of weeks of sitting in the hot Texas sun with all the windows open to get the smell out.

Here is a screen cap of the local weather radar just before I lit my charcoal chimney (look for Frisco -- I live near the 'O' in Frisco)...

I love those foil trays, they are so handy on a smoker.

In the first photo, I use drip pans almost always since my grill caught on fire from built up grease.

In the second photo, that was actually just a big sheet of aluminum foil. I only used it after the cook to wrap the meat for a 30 minute rest. Did you know that if you wrap meat from the smoker in foil and a couple of towels, it will stay hot for a couple of hours? That's how I used to get my timing right for parties. I planned the cook to finish early, and wrapped the meat in foil and towels until I was ready to serve.
