Well, I don't usually go to bed until 1am or so. Maybe simply cheese on toast with mustard and Worcestershire sauce. A nearly rarebit.

Welsh Rarebit - grief I haven't had that for ages or even found anywhere that made it. I do remember a little side walk cafe in Collins St (Melbourne) that made it regularly and that is where I got my taste for it
