Miso

Do you cook any dishes with miso? I'm trying to eat more fermented foods, so I've been drinking red miso broth by itself. I actually quite like the taste even when prepared in such a simple capacity. But I could stand to be more adventurous and actually try cooking something with it. Any suggestions?

A lot of the 'cheesy' like flavours I recreate in my meals and snacks use a combination of sweet white miso and nutrional flakes. So virtually all of my homemade pates (vegan) and things like the Sweet Miso Kale Crisps I make use Sweet White Miso.

Mmmm miso and kale crisps sound delicious. I've never tried kale but have been a fan of miso for years. I'll have to have a look online to see where I can get some. Thanks for sharing your suggestion!
