I am a firm believer in nutritional foods especially to start the day however, I still love to fry potatoes with onions, green peppers and alot of seasonings. I am a season freak! Of course I have to have fried eggs on top of the potatoes and "meat!" I think the trick to combating all the calories and, I hate to say it but it is what it is, grease, is to be active.

I still like to have fried breakfast foods, I just try to be a little smarter at how I go about doing it. I use olive oil and lots of seasoning spices.

Just give me a healthy morning smoothie. I use to eat all the unhealthy traditional morning meals thinking I was benefiting myself, but I have way more energy now, and I am healthier, and health is alway a better trade of to me.

I too like a nice fry up for breakfast, but sometimes I like a croissant or a slice of toast and I'm fine. I only ever really ate cereal for breakfast as a child and that was to get the toy inside! I do find eggs always give me energy and something warm sets me up for the day, so an omelet or boiled egg works for me.
