It was because the original poster was adding to a thread he started a few years ago. No one's fault. I've moved all the latest posts to this new thread.

Oh, I'm not mad at the OP. I just get mad at myself for not noticing I'm posting to an old thread as if it were brand new. But, unlike most of the old threads I post in, there was new information to reply to in this one.
