My New Blender

This is the latest addition to my kitchen blenders and is a present from a very good friend of mine. Having over the years processed a range of vegetables including garlic herbs and onions in my old blenders they have retained some of the after taste in the plastic blending vessels so I needed something for fruit smoothies. This beast has glass vessels which don't retain any after taste and, coupled with the range of different attachments, should be perfect for producing some nice summer concoctions.

That’s exactly why, when I bought the blender I have now, I made sure it had a glass jar, and not a plastic one.
