Recipe My Skinny Meyer Lemon Drop Cocktail

I could have sworn that I had posted this cocktail previously, but I can't find it anywhere.
It's just so dang delicious!!!

My Skinny Meyer Lemon Drop Cocktail

serves one

Ingredients:
2 oz. Vodka
1 oz. Triple Sec
¾ oz. Truvía® Simple Syrup
1 ½ oz. fresh Meyer Lemon Juice
about 6-8 fresh Ice Cubes

Method:
Shake all ingredients well (either in a Cocktail Shaker or in my case a Mason Jar with it's lid on tight) and strain into a frozen glass

*Bartenders' note: regular fresh Lemon Juice works too
If pouring from a Mason Jar, using a spoon turned over on the lip of the jar, makes for a clean and tidy pour into the glass

OMG! It costs me about $1.50/cocktail!!!

JAS_OH1 I like to make this recipe in a batch, especially if my Neighborhood Gal Pals come over (or just for me ) and keep it chilled in the jar/shaker. I made a double this evening, it's so refreshing as well as delicious.

I drink either lemonade or limeade and vodka fairly often. Great summer cocktail!
