My spice (and dried herb) shelf

My spice (and dried herb) shelf has had a major tidy up.

Of course the moment my OH gets home, I will never, ever find anything again, but until friday at least, I know where everything "non-fresh" is.

I didn't take a before shot, but lets just say most of it was piled high at the front, with packages falling off the shelf when you opened the doors. It has had 12 months or more of my OH using it and not putting things back.

If the containers weren't all different sizes, I'd organize mine alphabetically, like the grocery stores. I have things pretty well memorized, at least, and try to keep the herbs, rubs, and oils/vinegars separated on different levels of the cabinet pantry.
