Here's a simple bread for CB members to try, Native American Fry Bread.

This bread can be very delicious and is often eaten alone, by hand. But it can be coated with various toppings, from spreads to meats.

For the simple recipe, just google for Native American Fry Bread.

This not the subcontinent Indian Flat bread Naan.

Love this bread. We buy it from the fresh made stands we encounter along southwest desert highways.
We call them Navajo Tacos. Pronounced NAH VAA HO.

Not too many of our international friends would have understood my original post w/o the photos and video you provided.

Thanks.

Fry Bread is attributed to the Navajo, but is made by many Western Tribes, all the way up into Northern California.
