New feature - Light/Dark mode

There's nothing after the word CookingBites on any of my pages.

I found mine at the bottom "CB Links in Bold".

That's simply because you're not using the default profile, so the name had to be shortened. We have 6 or 7 profiles to choose from. On yours I've set the links to bold. There's another that is undermined, one that is both, and another that they are red.

Can you read in dark mode? There is another thread about that and people have commented it doesn't work properly.
It is a new feature and I simply have not had time to configure it and there is no way of disabling it.

I need to spend about another day just to configure that by itself and I had wanted to defer this upgrade for that very reason. I knew there would be a lot of work to do. I spent all day yesterday (10hrs at the computer) just getting everything else up and working again. I can't afford to fix that until after my exams which are 4 weeks away.

You're doing a great job. Take as long as you need. Don't stress yourself out. Light/Dark mode is not a very important thing compared to other issues there could be in the site working properly.
BTW, I always use a light mode.
The main problem seems to be that it has tied itself into my day night and that it turns automatically unless you choose one manually. I expect that it is doing it to guests as well and I have no way of overriding that for them.

Hey, it's a non-issue for me.

What's interesting is mine is at system default but always stays light no matter day or night. And that's fine by me!

SatNavSaysStraightOn in dark mode text cannot be read. The screenshot you posted in my thread about it solves the problem by switching to light mode, but it doesn't solve the problems in dark mode. Why have a dark mode if the light mode is the only one that works?

I think SatNavSaysStraightOn answered this above:
